Thomas Whitaker founded Atlanta Top Quality Roofing to deliver straightforward roof replacement and repair work rooted in his Marietta upbringing. From the home base in Cobb County he built a crew that travels across Georgia to handle everything from older brick homes in established neighborhoods to newer builds facing the same humid subtropical conditions of hot summers and mild winters.
What sets the company apart is the owner-operated approach. Thomas still meets customers on site to walk roofs, explain options, and provide upfront quotes without pressure. Crews focus on practical details that matter in Georgia weather, such as proper ventilation for summer heat and secure fastening that holds through occasional winter storms, while leaving the finished work ready for the homeowner to inspect.
The shop stays open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm so homeowners across the state can reach someone directly when questions come up during a project.
I grew up in Cobb County and started Atlanta Top Quality Roofing after years of handling roof replacements on older homes around Marietta Square and in neighborhoods like Forest Hills and Whitlock Heights.
